Ok! Three figure sets. Let's knock them out real quick. First up is the eight piece 1BOX of Comics Figure Collection Plus. I don't really recognize any of them, but that's not my fault. I don't know which magazine(s) these are from, but that all look nice and it looks like there are four ladies that come with two outfits each, one fully clothed one and one bathing suit figure. Nothing really very special, but if you've got 5,800 yen to burn this March then maybe you should look into them.
Second, and I'm saving the best for last here, is a pre-image for some upcoming Mecha Musume Figumates. Again this art is packing some super cute designs, but we all know how Figumates look and I highly doubt these things will be coming out looking anywhere near as cute as the concept art. Oh well. If you're a Mecha Musume or Figumate fan, then you can get ten of them for 4,725 in May.
Lastly, and bestly of this lot, is a set of Ichigo Mashimaro trading figures. Now, for some reason Nobue looks crap, but the other girls look good, and it seems like Konami knows exactly how popular these girls are. The 10 piece one box of tiny waitresses is going to run you a hefty 7,320 yen this February. If you seem them in your local shop, you can expect them to hit you for 700 yen each.
And that's it. There's a single shot of each, in order, after the jump. Hope you guys have a spiffy night.
I think we've seen something like this before, but this time around it's a little different. Last time around it was a USB figure with a game on the device, and this time it is a 130mm tall figure from Hayate x Blade that comes along with controller software so you can make it say various things and such. Not a very good figure, but it's an interesting direction that I would like see things go. Maybe some Ikkitousen figures that you plug in and the strip and tell you how good you make them feel… or something like that. You know. Anyway, this one is out in March for 4,800 yen.
One shot after the jump. It sort of looks like an 80s ad.
Well, if you've been waiting on the bikini clad Elwyn figure from Max Factory then good news is on the way. According to their staff blog, they just got the final boxes for their latest Shining Tears figure. On the side of the box, they're calling her Elwing, but that's maybe just a bad transliteration? Not sure. Anyway, she's shipped, meaning retailers will have them and they will probably ship out this week. How about that?! They even show her along side Neige. Thanks Max Factory! I love you MaxFac! LOVE! Best company. And I'm pretty sure I read that Tony Taka did the art work for the box.
I added that damn live action section and look what thanks I get for it?! Well, ok, not so much that, but then no Live Action news comes out. Whatever, doesn't matter. Now we've got a live action trailer for Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro. It's one of those streaming ones inside of the flash website. It wasn't that great. And the site is kind of freaky. Yeah.
I was reading some moetron today and I saw a posting about Nanatsuiro*Drops and it made me all happy. It had previously apparently only been a rumor of some kind, but according to the Moonphase Diary the show is now officially confirmed for a 2007 anime release. They also registered a site, but it's blank. The short list of info runs like this. The series will be directed by Yamamoto Takashi, the composition will be done by Shimada Mitsuru, and Ibe Yukiko will be adapting Noizi Itou's lovely character designs for the show. pKjd also mentioned that Drops was getting a PS2 port that would include new CGs from Noizi-chama. I'm excited, ARE YOU?!?!
The second season of Flag was officially announced on the mech anime's officially website today. Season two will consist of episodes seven through thirteen and will begin its initial airing on January 12th. That's really about it. The official site looks like a damn mess. This is a short post… so I guess I should mention that I've been scheming about ikimashou.net again. I have plans to make it into something a bit better. Well, major plans to make it something… a bit different. Whatever. They are just plans and they might materialize in a number of different ways. It will be cool though. DISREGARD THIS. CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. Bzzrt.
Lots of semi-lame confirmations, but, I'm going to post them up to let you know so you can make your Winter Viewing Guides now. This post will be covering that Toei has officially confirmed and pre-launched a site for a new Precure anime. This one is going to be called Yes! PreCure 5. All we know so far is that it will be a TV anime and it's due out next year sometime. If you want to see a lot of pink and wasted space, be sure to check out the site I mentioned earlier.
Remember that post where I told you that the Kujian anime DVDs would each contain a new episode of Genshiken? Well the official 13th episode of the series can now be mildly previewed in the form of an OH SO SHORT 21-second trailer. They did their best to keep me from getting my hands on it. It was buried three streaming files deep in containers. Ridiculous. Not good enough though! And the trailer, oh man, it is an absolute must SEE MUST SEE! I could watch Oono-sama cross her legs all day. Sadly, we don't get to hear the voice to Ogichin. Aww. There are also screenshots here. Not much longer now! WOO! The first Kujian DVD is out on December 22nd.
DailyMotioning after the jump(fucking YouTube…), and fuck the police, fuck 'em, here's a direct link to the WMV. No streaming for my readers. Must have a genius to put the MMS server running on the same paths as the webserver.
Ok, I didn't get to it yesterday due to my obligations to PLAYING MY PS3!!! Which is awesome. Needs background downloading, but I can't think of much else. It's all minor stuff that I end up forgetting about. Anyway, try to follow along for this one, because there's a lot of shit in this thing. I got some other news after this. And an awesome trailer you won't want to miss, so stick around for a while.
Figures
First up, let's point out HappySoda's review of Max Factory's sexy Caren(or with a K if you like) Ortensia. He doesn't know much about her, and if he likes her, that's probably for the best. She gets raped. A lot. But she's a nice lady. To a fault. It's likely because of her special ability to feel the pain of any person who gets possessed and is near her. Yep. Rape.
Next are three sets of trading figures in the 3D Design Figure line. First up, from the lovely game Aoi Sora no Neosphere. They're out in February for 7,000 yen per 10 piece 1BOX. The other two are from Chokotto. First is the "premium" box, which is 2,000 yen cheaper than the 10 piece 1BOX. The premium box is 5,000 yen and you do the math on the 1BOX. They're out in March and they're all OH SO CUTE!
To start things off right, here's a freaky and ill proportioned Shana posable. Really, who needs this stuff? Cheap crap. This one will run you an astonishing 15,750 yen in February.
Got a couple of Gundamy RAHDX figures come your way from Megahouse. They look ok, though Megahouse could do better. First up you have Allenby Beardsley looking way better than the anime in her tight fitting outfit. This is the better of the two. The uglier, and plainer, is Tiffa Adill. She is just sort of boring looking. Both are out in February for 4,200 yen. Not too bad for a Gundam heroine fan. If I got any names wrong, let me know.
Hey Good Smile, what's that you have there? Oh, a sexy Meido Saber on a faux-wood base? I could get used to this sort of thing. Excellent facial expression on this one. She's 215mm tall. She's out in March for 4,800 yen.
If you're looking for something in the UFO Princess Valkyrie arena, then you might want to check out this Valkyrie repaint. She's 200mm tall, 1/6 scale, and will be out in March for a… scant(?) 6,279 yen.
President Japan has this cute looking Elwyn from Shining Tears… and she comes in what looks like cloth clothing. That, to me, means it's removable and that and the kick ass bow make this 1/8 scale elf of hotness worth the 5,040 yen price tag.
Brace yourself! We've go Mon-sieur Bome doing a dynamic pose! This one is Yamamoto Isoroku (yes, exactly like the WWII Fleet Admiral). Compared to some of the other Isorokus I've seen, this one could use a bit of work, but still looks good and definitely screams BOME, if that's your things. She's out in February, all 230mm of her, for 5,775 yen.
MOEYO DOG! His head comes off! LOLOLOL! 2,940 yen in December.
And I will ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY be getting one of each of the Rin and Saber hand puppets!! MOEMOEMOEMOEMOE! They are 2,940 yen each this December.
Well, hello there Kokobunji Koyori-chan. Were you working hard to clean up just for me? You don't have to be embarrassed. AWWW YEAH. Ahem. 1/7 scale, 140mm tall, and 13,860 yen this January. God bless Nurse Witches.
Speaking of Nurse Witches… MOEMOE EROERO KOMUGI-TAN!! (semi worksafe?) I love Komugi the best. And she's the same price in January… she stands 230mm tall though. Someone get me this for my birthday.
Here's a nice looking 1/8 scale Tsukino who seems to be saying "Hey, see what you're never gonna get? Yeaaah. Never gettin' this." But my doujin collection tells me otherwise. It's getting bad for me, isn't it? *sigh* 5,229 yen in April.
Oh, Louise-kun… how much do I wish your show still went on. Oh well, I will comfort myself with figures then. This 190mm tall entry from Kotobukiya looks well enough carved, and it has some nice details by way of the book and wand. Everyone loves figures with more than a pose and a base. 5,040 yen this March.
Moving along the Kotobukiya train, we've got ol' sloppy tits from Pia Carrot he Youkoso 2. Good ol' sloppy tits. Rumi is sporting her Meido Type outfit and looking genki as ever. She'll be out in March for 4,410 yen.
Moving along, we have another ToHeart2 figure, and this time it isn't Tama-nee!!! I KNOW! I WAS SHOCKED TOO! It's a rather awkward looking (not in a cute way) Komaki Manaka. And she's even taken out her hair clip! What the hell, people? This is not how you capture Komaki's innocent essence. Shame on you Koto. Out in February for 6,090 yen and 145mm tall from her knees. Meh.
Here's another of those Iroha figures from Daiki Industry. Not sure if this is a repaint, but I feel like it's a very familiar figure. She's 1/6 and they're calling her 210mm tall. Out in February for 8,160 yen. Most of that price is cleavage.
That Polygonia Mikuru I mentioned last week has hit. It will be a PVC and it will come in two paint styles, a standard version and a heterochromatic dark version. They're 1/6 scale and stand 260mm tall and will be made of PVC. Not good news for that one legged pose. OH WELL! They're out in February for 7,560 yen each. YAY!
Moeart Collection's got some preview stuff up for a… unique looking 009-1 figure. it comes in.. two versions? Not sure. I guess it will have swappable outfits. I didn't read the advert. But her giant ass can be yours in February for the low, low price of only 7,140 yen. Yessir.
Lastly, a couple of Chokotto Sister individual figures. Both are of Choco of course. The first is the Soda Ice version. It's a delicious Japanese treat. Like oral sex from young girls. Also comes with stupid hat. Second is the nekomimi version, the focus here being the falling-off dress. Might be removable as well. Not sure. Both of these meh figures are out in January for 5,229 yen. Yep. That's about all there is to it.
And that's actually it. Man that took fucking forever. I have some other news coming up in a bit. Don't rush me damnit!!! Enjoy these tons of figures until then. SOMEONE THANK ME, DAMNIT! I NEED ATTENTION! Haha.
Yeah, that's right. I put the year in the title. This site will be here FOREVER YEAH! WOO! I AM SO COOL! What did you guys do for Our American Thanksgiving? I hope you all celebrated, or you'll probably go to hell for some reason. It's not a religion-based holiday, but don't tell anyone here. They probably don't realize it. On with the rollup thingy!
Anime/Manga/Games
They've announced a new Naruto anime that will actually pick up turning the manga into an anime where the first series left off. You know, got confused and went off talking about Nice Guy poses and all that. The show will be called Naruto Shippuuden and starts early next year.
AND to answer my prayers, they'll be doing a remake of the Ikkitousen anime. I don't know if it will have more stuff. Hopefully it covers the manga better. Who knows, who cares! I LOVE IKKITOUSEN! This one will be called Ikkitousen DragonDestiny and it's coming out in February. YAY IKKITOUSEN! Now they need to make a Battle Club anime. And make sure it has all the sexy stuff of the manga. Yeahhhh buddy.
Fans of mech horror… congratulations on being fans of the most obscure genre on Earth. GONZO has announced that they're adapting Kitou Mohiro's manga Bokurano. It'll be out sometime next year.
Big Comic Superior Magazine let everyone know that Moonlight Mile will be made into an anime and broadcast on WOWOW. All I can think about is that movie… with Jake Gyllenhal… or whatever. I don't know how you spell it.
Nitro+ and Type Moon are coming together to make a sexy novel that will tell the story of the prequel of Fate/stay night. Specifically, it's the story with Emiya's dad from ten years before F/s n. It's called Fate / Zero and the site is here. It's making its debut at Comiket 71 this December.
Ga-nime, announced three new OVAs, two in association Toei Crappermation. First up, Eko Eko Azarak which is a horror thing out on January 30th. Next is an OVA from Amano Yoshitaka called Tori no Uta, it's also out on January 30th. The third is due out in March and is called A Day of a Girl @TYO. No site for that one yet.
