Well, well, well. We meet again, MaxFactory-kun. What futile attempt at stealing my money have you brought forth this time? Ah, it's an unpainted Tsukimiya Ayu sculpt. Well, I won't be drawn in by your wonderful stunted growth angel! Well, maybe a little. But then I will regain my composure, and say… while it does look GREAT, per the norm, I will likely not be getting it. I mean, MAYBE, but I'd rather have Nayuki and Shiori. Make a note of it, MaxFactory. It's important. Really, it's a wonderful sculpt, and I can't wait to see some paint on it, since those wings could come out really poorly. It happens. I'm not seeing a size listed. Oh well, I am spoiled on 1/6 scale figures. I need their substantial size! NEED!
Update: Upon actually reading the damn post, Max also confirmed a Makoto sculpt that will show up in the near future. So start jerkin' your wallet's gerkin now. I know you guys LOooooOOOVE those two. I checked.

I saw the pics of this on Danny Choo's blog and was thought that it was awesome. The sculpt looks great but if this comes out not painted then I won't bother. Though if it does I'll be keeping my eye on HLJ' Future Release page. I would like to see MaxFactory release a Nayuki figure. I have the Kotobukiya version (can be seen on my blog), even though I love her, it just doesn't seem very Nayuki. Well here goes to praying.

It will be painted. I mean, unless Max has gone insane and started doing non-paints. Pretty rare in the PVC field outside of trading figures.
And considering Max Factory's love of doing a series of characters from the same property, I would expect to at least see Nayuki, and possibly Mokoto. Though, that'll be up to Max. I am just speculating.

There is no chance I am not getting this figure. They could release it unpainted, I would not care. I am already trapped in its gravity well. I want me some Ayu.
To this day I still beat myself up for not getting Ayu running with taiyaki. That was probably the only figure of her at the time I considered decent. Most of them really screwed up on the hair and/or face.
