That wonderful season is once again upon us. Yes, that magical time of year where Square Enix starts dumping junk Final Fantasy figures on us. I mean, I don't hold it against them, I just have trouble caring about FF figures anymore… unless they are of Yuffie. She is mine. In my heart. Anyway, Square Enix just announced a Final Fantasy Trading Arts Mini 9-piece 1BOX. Sounds complicated, no? It's not really. Basically, the breakdown of the five announced figures, which look pretty decent for cutesy trading figures, goes as follows: The faggy kid from FFXII, Cloud, the naive-but-doable chick from FFXII, Rinoa from VIII, and Yuuna, the X-2 version. Honestly, for the price, I'd say go for it. You can have the full kit and/or caboodle for 3,119 yen this October. Not bad for nine 60mm figures in this DAY AND AGE.
Only one picture after the jump. Not sure if other figures are in the bunch, but hey, the five they show are plenty fine. Ladies, act now. It's pretty much the only way to get figures of males. Except those terrifying realistic DeathNote figures.

Rinoa, kill, fire, etc.

Is it her sexy hair that enrages you so? IS IT?!
Surely Yuuna deserves more flack than Rinoa!

No waaay >_

Err…bah, html brackets. The rest of that comment was:
Rinoa's the one who would pull shit like, "You're not supposed to tell your friend/comrade the TRUTH about the shitty situation he's put us in! You're supposed to LIE to make him feel better!"
The only good thing about her was that damn dog. >P

But that's part of her charm! She's all about… you know… making situations worse to keep people from being upset.
It's endearing!
Next thing you will tell me you didn't like Selphie. SHE CARRIED THE WHOLE OF FFVIII ON HER SHOULDERS!! But, NOOOO, only Quistis ever gets any props because she's a blond dominatrix. Jeez. JEEZ!
June 26th, 2007 at 5:43 pm
But…but…I LIKE blonde dominatrices! And am considerably less fond of bubble-headed whores T_T
June 26th, 2007 at 5:44 pm
You are so biased! Selphie only SEEMS bubble headed because she's easy going and likes to enjoy life! You have to look beyond the surface to her deep inner being!! IT MUST BE DONE!
June 26th, 2007 at 5:54 pm
Oh, I'd enjoy looking at her "deep inner being," if you know what I mean. I'd just have to duct tape her mouth shut first…

Haha, you are so turning my blog into a lurid perv chat. I love it. *thumbs up*

With titles like "Is That A Buster Sword In Your Pocket?" I don't think I get to take credit ;)
June 26th, 2007 at 6:08 pm
Touche, madame. TOUCHE! (with a little accenty over the E.) But in my defense, it WASN'T a buster sword. It was… wait, if I say it was Cloud it WAS wasn't it?
And since it took me several minutes to find it, get on AIM so I can stalk you proper.
June 26th, 2007 at 6:31 pm
DAMNIT ALL! How am I supposed to stalk people on the intertrons if they aren't complicit? Pfft.
June 26th, 2007 at 7:28 pm
That's weird, it looks like AIM was having difficulties. And I was AFK on top of 'em.

Nice set. Very cute. Yuna look weird though.

Wow! The Yuna figure's my favorite. ^_^
