Have you guys been waiting on Max Factory's Makoto figure from Kanon? No?! Yeaaah, me either really. And that's a lot to say coming from a blatant MaxFac whore. Still, Makoto is looking extremely nice. The paint's good, the expression and pose are nice, and… yeah. Just generally good. I would go so far as to say great, but the supplied shots make the seams in her arms look a bit obvious. Hopefully that isn't the case. She's out in February and will be 1/8th scale and 175mm tall. IS SHE COSTLY?! A little. She'll be 5,800 yen.

Ever since this was announced I've been sobbing into my pillow. I can't tell if I'm happy or sad. She looks like she'd tower over Ayu if she was was standing upright. I mean, Ayu isn't supposed to be tall, but still.

Maybe it was because Makoto's arc was the first one in the 2006 anime, but I felt that it was better than everything else. That blue haired girl and Tsukimiya Ayu (I keep on confusing that blue haired girl with Minamo from Wind: a breath of heart) come a close second.
Anyway, if I had the money I'd definitely snap this up. I never liked Shiori anyway.
